BILLR END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
("User") and Saverio Giostra ("Author") for the use of Billr ("Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   The Author grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install
   and use the Software on up to two (2) devices that you own or control.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not:
   - Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or its source code;
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
   - Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties;
   - Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is proprietary to the Author and is protected by copyright law.
   This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. PAYMENT AND TRIAL
   The Software may be used free of charge for a trial period of 14 days.
   After the trial period, a one-time payment is required to continue using
   all features of the Software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Author
   does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   In no event shall the Author be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
   consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. TERMINATION
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically
   if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
